2016 Summer Co-Op
As a Summer internship project, this was completed in two months time. This project was designed for Gatehouse Capital and will be constructed in Trinity Groves near downtown Dallas.

Our goal is to create a place that connects the local Trinity Groves community to downtown Dallas and its visitors. While staying at the Dallas Element in Trinity Groves, guests will be able to live, work and play in a vibrant environment while experiencing the wellness values that the brand embodies.
The Gensler office in Dallas, Tx Hired 9 Interns from around the country to develop this project. Members of this team include the following names: Alex Marschman, Amanda Burge, Caroline Stacey, Karla Murillo, Kat Zuniga, Kaylan Betten, Laura Bishop, Yi He, and Zach Busman
