Third Year Studio

Six Narrow Dwelling units were placed on a small lot in downtown Starkville, Mississippi mirrored next to each other. With such a small floor plan, each dwelling contains no partition walls. Rooms are separated by furniture, permanent fixtures, or shifting elevation in the floors. A light well through the stairs also helps bring natural light into each space even when one dwelling is surrounded by others.
